We are very pleased to announce that on Wednesday 5 April 2023, Zanotta was acquired by Cassina, a historic Italian company founded in 1927 and now part of the Haworth Lifestyle Design group. Cassina will coordinate Zanotta's activities and future development plan, ensuring Zanotta full autonomy. Zanotta thus becomes part of the Haworth Lifestyle Design group together with the other prestigious brands: Cassina, Cappellini, Ceccotti, Karakter, Poltrona Frau, Luxury Living, JANUS Et Cie, Luminaire and Interni.
Zanotta's current organisation will remain unchanged, so for all your needs you can contact yourcompany contacts as always.
