Born from the experimentations of Zabro Zanotta Edizioni is a special collection of furnishing items verging on art and design. Items in this collection are inspired by the Italian artistic handcrafting tradition. Free from the bonds of industrial production, they are charged with the powerful charm of "handmade” objects.

Alik Cavaliere设计作品 - 1990年
家具似雕塑，亦述说着美妙故事。Alik Cavaliere设计的作品无疑是艺术界风向标，亦是设计界扛鼎之作。始终以装饰为核心：木镶工艺、熔炼金属、清漆纹样。这位罗马艺术家成为被收养的米兰人（在担任雕塑系主任的同时，30年来，他一直在布雷拉美术学院传授雕塑技艺），亦成为设计炼金术士。他善用金属、青铜、瓷和玻璃，不断尝试珐琅、稀有颜料、甚至黄金。他凭着记忆焊接、熔炼和装配。“我总像导演、剧院道具师、或故事与传奇叙述者那般，运用着材料。”Cavaliere为Zanotta版设计了三款展出作品：卧室家具Alicante (Alik-ante)，正面绘以一棵大树偶遇（也许炽烈迷恋上）一朵花；抽屉柜Genesio，多样青铜把手象征《创世记》圣境；而床头板Geotropa，宛如一幅镶以金框的致美图画。
