Born in Karelia (Finnland) 1924, she attended the Institute of industrial Art in Helsinki (pupil of Tapio Wirkkala and Ilmari Tapiovaara), a course of graphic art in Germany, courses of drawing at the Brera Academy in Milan. She participated in countless collective exhibitions and her design objects have been displayed at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. She passed away in 2004.
